Guineps are small, round, and green fruit with a thin, rough skin. They grow in bunches and are known by many different names in different countries and cultures around the world. The most popular names include guinep (Jamaica), genip, Spanish lime, mamoncillo, mamon (Spanish), anoncillo, honeyberry, ackee (Barbados), quenepa, chennette, kenep, quenette (French) and limoncello.
